Hated the cheater father got a HEA after what he had done. It put David in an awkward and hurtful situation. David and Worth The Wait were best of friends up until his mother died two years prior and he took off to Hong Kong for his job and to escape he found out that his father was cheating on his cancer ridden mother and his mother asked for him to keep it a secret from his siblings to protect their bondwhich is where he had met the girlfriend and she followed him back to NY.

I was really upset by it. Vivi has always been Worth The Wait love with David so it comes as a major shock to know that he is there with a girlfriend. Not cool. A very Indea cute and binding friendship, Worth The Wait. Vivi first meets David when she goes home with her friend Cat because he is Cat's much older big brother from middle school one day.
But hey, forgive and forget and all that jazz, right? This man did not deserve forgiveness and I really disliked the female lead for interfering!
